Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Larger furniture pieces may require white-glove delivery, which typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Big Night ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international destinations soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our furniture pieces come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Decor items are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
